Shipping Policy

Where we ship: United States only. 

Free shipping. Shipping is $10 on all US orders.

Processing time. Orders ship within 2 business days of being placed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays ship the next business day.

Delivery time. Once shipped, most US orders arrive within 7 business days depending on your location. You'll get a tracking number by email when your order ships.

Tracking. Every order ships with tracking. If you haven't received tracking info within 3 business days of ordering, email info@epicairboattour.com and we'll check on it.

Lost or delayed packages. If your tracking shows delivered but you don't have your package, or it's been stuck in transit much longer than expected, reach out and we'll help track it down.
