Refund & Return Policy

We want every kid to love their Tackleback. If something's not right, we'll make it right.

30-day returns. You can return your Tackleback within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price. The item needs to be in its original condition — unused, with tags and packaging where reasonable. Normal inspection (opening the box, trying it on) is fine; we just can't take back a bag that's already been out on the water.

How to start a return: Email us at info@epicairboattour.com with your order number and we'll send you return instructions.

Refunds. Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we'll process your refund to the original payment method within 10 business days. Depending on your bank, it can take a few extra days to show up.

Damaged or wrong items. If your order arrives damaged or it's not what you ordered, email us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you — including shipping.

Exchanges. Want a different color instead? Start a return for the original and place a new order for the color you want. That's the fastest way to get the right one to you.
